Stay up to date on what's new on the YA shelves, including Marvel comics, the latest best-sellers, award-winners, and more!
Society for the Appreciation of Manga & Anime (SAMA)
Unwind Time
Monday, May 15
4:30-6pm

By request, this month's SAMA meet-up will include drawing and air dry clay creations while we watch anime and eat snacks. Only quiet conversations will be allowed in order to maintain a calming and inspiring environment.

Advanced registration is encouraged. All who register in advance are guaranteed a sketchbook or journal.

Do you have skills you'd love to share with the library? Are you interested in helping Youth Services plan exciting teen and youth programs? Would you love to learn more about our Teen Library Group? Click here to learn more. Anyone grades 6-12 are welcome to join at anytime. 
NEW! Teen Makerspace Set-Up
We are excited to offer additional Makerspace supplies, activities, and games... visit the YA Area to see the new cabinet and set-up. Join our Teen Library Group to provide input and brainstorm future projects and activities..

May's projects include pipecleaner creations, coloring supplies, and a raffle (see below).

The Teen Makerspace cabinet will be available when the YA Area is staffed -or- when Youth Services Staff are available to unlock the cabinet for you. These additional supplies include:
-sketch pencils
-fabric markers (bring your own cotton fabric)
-embroidery floss.

Each box will come with snacks, free stuff, and library books... If you don't like graphic novels or comics - don't worry :) Let us know in the form and we'll be sure to send what you're looking for.
