Barefooted toe-tapping to live music from DJ and saxophonist Denys Carbo will start the weekend as you mean to go on at 'Saturday Sessions'.

At the weekends, Upstairs at Kaibo restaurant celebrates local flavours with a luxury 6-course collection of dishes.

Kaibo's playground of escapism, among swaying coconut trees, plus Cayman's finest rum collection and craft cocktails, make it the perfect place to escape!

We continue to pride ourselves on the use of local, sustainable and seasonal dishes and for this exclusive menu we ensure the inclusion of some great British dishes as well as a touch on some of King Charles' favourite bites.
