CLE Instructions
During the event we will provide a link to the CLE Affirmation form for you to complete by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9. We will compare the completed affirmation forms to the Zoom participation log before emailing the certificates on May 10.
Note the Zoom log serves in place of signing the Record of Attendance and notes total attendance time. Each attendee must be logged in through the Zoom system on their own device/computer and be present for the live program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit. Partial credit will not be given. Self-study credit is not available for this program.
