CLE Instructions
Click HERE to complete the CLE affirmation form by 5 p.m. next Tuesday, May 9. We will then review the completed affirmation forms to the Zoom roster before emailing the certificates on May 10.
The Zoom log serves in place of signing the Record of Attendance and notes total attendance time. Each attendee must have been logged in through the Zoom system on their own device/computer and been present for the live program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit. Partial credit will not be given. Self-study credit is not available for this program.
