Discernment Team Update

The Discernment Team will be available during the activity hour at Wednesday Night Live tonight, from 6–7 PM, to hear from members of our congregation as we continue our process of discerning God’s will for our church as it relates to our affiliation with the United Methodist Church. If you know you will miss your group’s time please come during the WNL Session. This will be our last WNL listening session.

The St. Matthew's Discernment Team is continuing to meet with small groups in listening sessions over the next few weeks to hear from the congregation as we go through the process of discerning God’s will for our church as it relates to our affiliation with the United Methodist Church. Below are all current dates known for small group meetings.

5/3/23: WNL in the Sanctuary at 6:00 pm

5/7/23: Seekers (During SS hour)

5/8/23: United Women in Faith(6:00 pm)

5/21/23: Roundtable (During SS hour);

Fellowship(Anne Moore) (During SS hour)

We’d also like to remind everyone about the Discernment Day of Prayer on May 17. The church will open at 8 AM on this day for individual prayer, concluding with a time of prayer together at 6 PM. Nursery will be available for the 6 PM time.
