Heads Up Friends,

This is a reminder that I'm participating in an afternoon health and wellness retreat, focused on grounding, and will not be teaching qigong this afternoon.

Feeling relaxed and connected to the Earth is our nature. Modern life can compromise our natural connection to our body and the Earth by encouraging distractions and over stimulating the senses.

Energy follows attention and intention. Landing our awareness on our body, and specifically our feet, draws excess energy from our head down into our body and reestablishing our connection to our mothership, Earth.
Above is an 8 minute foot breathing practice you can do anytime. Although you can do this anywhere, even in bed to help you fall asleep, I recommend doing the practice outdoors with bare feet on the Earth. 

In just 8 minutes you may experience an
 increased sense of mental clarity, presence, balance, and heightened body awareness. Enjoy 👣
