Bishop Announces Projected Part-Time Appointment Changes as of Sunday, May 21
Bishop Robin Dease and the appointive cabinet have announced projected Part-Time Appointment and Full-Time Appointment Changes as of May 21, 2023. The appointments will be set at the North Georgia Annual Conference and will be effective July 1. This list will continue to be updated as appointment projections are made.
As we prepare for our annual United Methodist homecoming where we will gather, worship, share meals, and carry out the business of the church, find a few helpful notes.

Georgia Pastor's School is an opportunity for renewal, restoration, and spiritual formation for active and retired United Methodist clergy and their families.
Preaching and worship will be led by Bishop Robin Dease and Bishop David Graves. Teachers include Rev. Juanita Rasmus, co-pastor of St. John’s United Methodist Church, Houston, and author of Learning to Be: Finding Your Center After the Bottom Falls Out, and Johnny Sears, Director of the Academy for Spiritual Formation at Upper Room.

Good Stuff Youth Beach Retreat
July 7-10
Designed for youth groups: 6th-12th graders and adult chaperones. Join with other North Georgia youth groups for 3 nights right on the beach in Panama City, Florida. We'll be learning about the book of Jonah - watch out for whales! There will be morning and evening big group sessions with games, fun, breakout groups, and exciting worship featuring Sound Wise and Evan DeYoung.
