While participating in communion your child asks, "Mom, can I eat some of that too?" How would you respond, and why would you respond that way? How we answer those questions says a lot about what we believe about the meaning and purpose of The Lord's Supper for all of us! On Sunday we will continue that conversation. Our Scripture for the day is Exodus 12:1-13, 26-27.

Donation Income: $99,266.18
Operating Expense:$111,099.93 Net Loss: $(11,833.75)
This is good news! As of the end of April, donation income for The Gathering is only 11% behind total expenses!
Operating expenses include real costs for The Gathering like accounting, legal, and insurance costs, some admin costs, as well as denominational support and support for two global partners. Please talk to your Lead Team or Brian if you have any questions.
Hope Restored Women's Recovery House Drive
Many of the women who come into the program bring only the clothes they are wearing! During June we are collecting the following items for these women:
Pajama Sets (small - XXXL)
Underwear (small - XXXL)
Women's summer clothes (medium - XXXL)
Shampoo/Conditioner/Bodywash/Lotion/Deodorant
Sunscreen
Kleenex/Toilet Paper/Paper Towel
Please bring the items on Sundays and put them in the bin in the entry way!
There will be a congregations meeting for Attridge and The Gathering on Sunday, June 4, from 6-8pm. If you are able, please bring a dessert to share. See this link for the agenda and related documents. Childcare will be provided with registration.

The Gathering Congregational Meeting We are planning a short congregational meeting for The Gathering for Sunday morning, June 11th, immediately following the morning service. The Gathering Leadership Team is proposing a name change from "The Gathering at Broadway" to "The Gathering". There will also be time for Q & A.
