Redding Roasters: Cold Brew Coffee Recipe

We can grind any coffee for use in cold brew concentrate, but stop in for a recommendation for what kinds will make the best cold drinks depending on what you're adding to them. Meantime, our recipe for making coffee concentrate

Take 7 cups of water and mix with 12 ounces of coarsely ground coffee and let sit at room temperature for 12-14 hours. Strain and refrigerate. It'll keep up to two weeks in the fridge. To make a beverage, mix 1 part cold brew to 2 parts of water or milk for iced beverage. Adjust the ratio a little to find perfect strength for you.

If you want to make more or less concentrate than this, the ratio is 1.75 cups of water to 3 ounces (by weight) of coffee.
