Billingsley Plans Nearly 500‑Acre, $3B Mixed‑Use Project in Allen and Fairview

“The corners of I-75 and SH-121 are one of the last great undeveloped intersections in DFW," says Lucy Billingsley, partner at Billingsley Co. "To do it justice, we intend to build something really spectacular here." The first phase of the project, Sloan Corners, will be a transformation "from hayfields to a regional employment hub," according to city of Allen officials.
