We are excited to announce the upcoming hybrid joint event "New Trends of Online Dispute Resolution: a 2023 Outlook," co-hosted by the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC), the California Arbitration Association (CalArb), and the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC).  In this swiftly advancing digital era, the traditional methods of dispute resolution are being augmented by online platforms. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) has been gaining traction globally, providing efficient, cost-effective, and accessible ways to resolve conflicts, especially amidst the remote work culture. This event aims to share, discuss, and forecast the innovative trends and best practices in ODR for 2023 and beyond. We are privileged to bring together experts from various fields who will share their insights and predictions on emerging technologies in ODR, ODR and the future of arbitration and mediation, and accessibility, inclusivity, and privacy considerations in ODR.
