Congratulations to the Jazz Ensemble for placing 4th at the OMEA State Jazz Championship on Saturday!  This was the first time that Cleveland had ever placed at this event.

Join us at 7pm on Thursday, May 25th as we celebrate this tremendous year!  There'll be performances from our Jazz Lab, Jazz Ensemble, Combined Concert & Symphonic Bands and Wind Ensemble.  We'll also wish our seniors farewell, hand out a few awards and cap the evening off with free cake!

Support Cleveland Band students marching in the Starlight Parade on Saturday, June 3rd! Volunteers are needed both at CHS to help students get ready, and downtown to walk in the parade, provide water and other supports.

Marching Shoes
It is required that every student have a pair of shoes that are entirely black.

No other colors can be on the shoe at all, including the trim, laces, soles, etc.

I would recommend a comfortable pair of shoes.  I know we found nice Nike shoes that were completely black when we shopped for our kids.  I do feel that shopping locally is the best plan, because the shoes can be tried on for fit.

There is also a marching shoe that you can purchase through THIS WEBSITE. (You will want to choose STYLE 407 BLACK)  

We do have some shoes in our inventory that are used, but still in decent shape to loan to students.  It would be best to have something in hand before Memorial Day weekend, if possible.

Required Marching Practices
These are the required after school marching practices:
5/22, 5/24, 5/31, 6/2 (ALL OF THESE FROM 3:45PM - 5:45PM)
