Attendance
During Finals, make sure that you do not schedule any type of appointments to leave early.
If you will need to leave early, you must provide a pass from your Teacher and a parental permit upon
dismissal.

The Bearcat Den is open next week during finals. Stop by to get help for finals.

College Board has made available 2023 test dates for the SAT
You can register on the College Board's website.
Here are the test dates you can choose:

June 3, 2023
August 26, 2023
November 4, 2023
December 2, 2023

There will also be test dates in March, May, and June of 2024. We will let you know when registration opens for upcoming exams.

Climate Video Challenge for middle and high school students
Enter any time this school year, through May 31, 2023. Students are invited to submit a 3-minute video responding to the question, “What is your vision for a thriving future?” Contest instructions and rules, brainstorming prompts, and lots of information on climate change and climate solutions can be found at https://www.coastal.ca.gov/climatechallenge. Students can enter as individuals or in teams of up to five. Prizes are offered for first ($300), second ($200), and third ($100) place videos.

Attendance
When you have been excused to arrive late to school, you need to report to the attendance office before going to your class. Make sure to provide a doctor's note if you attend a medical appointment.

If you are leaving early you MUST PICK UP your permit to leave before leaving campus. If you do not have it with you when leaving, your attendance will be changed to a CUT .

We are happy to see many students in the Bearcat Den after school in the library.
*We are asking all students to follow these rules while in the Bearcat Den.

Bring your ID to check-in
Check into the library right after school.
Enter the library quietly and maintain a quiet environment
Listen to and respect the tutors and adults in the library
Actively work on assignments

*If a student does not follow these rules, they will be asked to leave the library.

Going to the Bearcat Den is a PRIVILEGE. Let's work together to make it a great environment for all Bearcats!

ID Cards for Library Services
Barcode printouts will no longer be available for students who forget their ID cards. ID cards are needed for Chromebook loaners, loaner chargers, and attending the Bearcat Den after school. Students will not be able to borrow Chromebooks Loaners or attend the Bearcat Den without their student ID card.

Friday 7:30- 4pm

Textbook Room Hours
Monday - Friday
8 am - 3:30 pm

DISTRICT ISSUED DEVICES
Students must bring their charged chromebook to school on a daily basis. While on campus, students are to use their school issued device and leave personal devices at home.
Some of the reasons why:

Students are responsible for these school issued devices and will be charged for any damages to their Chromebook

Attention Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors
If you have any Books or Calculators that you are not using or no longer need,
please return them to the Library or the Textbook room, A-002 as soon as possible.

Atendencia
