Dear SA Parents,

This afternoon we were notified of a potential threat to the safety of our students, faculty, and staff. We immediately activated our lockdown safety protocols and notified the authorities. We quickly and successfully isolated the threat as coming from an impersonated social media account of one of our students. Upon investigation, the LBPD advised it was safe to release the lockdown as there was no threat. Since one of our students was traumatically victimized by this impersonation, the authorities are investigating the source of the hack.

We take all threats to our campus seriously and prepare extensively to ensure our students and staff are safe and secure. We have safety officers and video cameras, yet equally important is the monitoring of social media accounts. Thank you for continuing to monitor your student's social media activity. If you or your student sees something, please say something.

We understand that this experience is unsettling and scary. Rest assured, we will continue to remain diligent to keep our families informed and our community safe.

Please do not hesitate to contact me or anyone from our Saints Administration team.

Thank you for your trust and support,

Christine Tucker
President
