Fenwick Pool Opens Memorial Day Weekend

GENERAL POOL HOURS:

• 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday + Sunday.
• 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
• CLOSED MONDAYS unless a holiday 
  (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th & Labor Day)

OPENING DAY PARTY!

KEYCARDS:

• If you have a keycard from a previous year, it is still active and no action is needed.
• One keycard is provided to each new homeowner at no cost. One keycard per household. A replacement keycard costs $10.
• If you still owe HOA dues and your account is not in good standing, you will not be allowed to use the pool. Check your account(s) online at TownSq. / Need login information?

• Come to the clubhouse at one of the following times to pick up:
      Saturday, May 27 between 12 to 2 p.m. (get free lunch!) or
      Sunday, May 28 between 2 to 4 p.m.
• If you can't make it during one of those times, fill out this online form. Pay for your replacement card with a debit/credit card or Paypal through the online form. 
• Or download and print this PDF form and drop it off in the Clubhouse mailbox at the street. Include a payment check for $10 if it's for a replacement card.

FROGS SWIM TEAM:

• The Frogs Swim Team is open to Fenwick residents, ages 5 to 18.
• Enroll your child now as the season begins May 30 and runs for six weeks through mid-July.
• The group may practice on a couple evenings and a couple mornings each week with competition meets against other neighborhood teams on Monday nights or Saturday mornings. Practices will be scheduled when our coaches are hired. You are not obligated to attend all practices. Choose what works best for your schedule. The more you attend, the more improvement you will see.

LAP SWIMMING:

• Hours: Tuesday through Sunday, 6 to 10 am. most days. The Frogs kids swim team will practice on a couple mornings so lap swim ends earlier on those days from May 31 to mid-July. Check the schedule posted in the pool area.
• If you want to participate in lap swim time, please request access so we can update your keycard to allow entry during the scheduled times. If you previously had lap swim access, you still do.
• To add new access, submit this online form in advance to notify us. The programming will be completed usually within 24-48 hours.
• On Wednesdays and Fridays, lap swimmers must exit the pool when it is being vacuumed from approximately 7:00 to 7:30 a.m.

IMPORTANT RULES:

• There is NO lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Children under 16 MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult at least 18 years of age. Pool visitors age 16 and older will need to provide a state-issued photo ID with a birthdate to confirm their age to enter. A school ID with a copy of the individual’s birth certificate would also be accepted.
• GUESTS RULE: A household is allowed to bring up to two guests during busy times and up to four guests during non-busy times. “Busy times” are classified as 30 or more people being present in the pool area. (example: weekend afternoons and other popular times)
• Only Fenwick homeowners or tenants with accounts in good standing may have access to HOA amenities, such as the swimming pool. So if you have outstanding dues, late fees or fines your keycard will be deactivated and you will not be allowed into the pool area.
• No rough play or running
• No glass or porcelain containers
• No alcohol, smoking or vaping.
• Food and beverage may only be consumed on the pool deck, outside the pool. No food or beverage of any kind are allowed in the pool.
