Dear ILSW Families,
What a beautiful weekend! I hope you all enjoyed it with your loved ones.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the parent volunteers that helped so much this year, specifically, sorting uniforms, working in the cafeteria, and in the parking lot in the mornings. Your help is much appreciated!
Exciting School News:
Our 8th graders have all graduated and are coming back from their class trip tomorrow. Please pray for them that they have safe travels home and for all of them as they transition into high school.
We have "moving up day" tomorrow, first thing in the morning. This is where children in Kindergarten-5th grade will meet their teachers for the next school year. This will be a regular uniform day.
Tuesday, we will have Field Day! Thank you to Mrs. Brown and Miss Fruend for all of their work for this event!. This will be a spiritwear shirt and free dress bottom day.
Wednesday is an 11:30 dismissal. Chapel is at 10:40 and all are welcome. This will be a Free Dress Day.
Our 4 year old preschool classrooms will also have their programs on Monday and Tuesday, starting at 9am. Your child's teacher has sent home information about what date your child's class will have their program.
Important Calendar Dates:
May 24th: Last Day of School with an 11:30 dismissal. Chapel will start at 10:40.
