From Sacred Heart PT Students:

The Sacred Heart PT students volunteer their time to perform assessments of PBM’s program participants. They have asked us to provide our members with information on a study they are working on outside of our program. Your participation is voluntary. Below is a note from the students and a link to their study:

Hello! We are conducting a study to ask the community about their experience and understanding of exercise following rehabilitation. We have attached a link to a Google Forms survey that will compile the data for us while also keeping the participant emails anonymous. In the survey you will find 4 questions about your diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease and function, 12 questions about things that may currently or in the past stopped you from exercising, and 2 questions to enter any additional comments about your experience with exercise. It should take less than 20 minutes to complete the survey. You will have until May 31st to complete this survey and a reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior to the end date. Thank you in advance for your participation.

The YWCA is a wonderful partner and we are excited to get the program going full force in September. Stay tuned for details.
