Culture Action Europe, in partnership with ICF is applying to a call for tenders on "Framework Service Contract to carry out studies in support of European cooperation in areas under DG EAC’s competence, including education, training, youth, sport, culture, research and innovation."

As part of the application process, we are looking for experts on culture to add to a shared pool. Experts will support the Commission with reliable knowledge, evidence, data and policy guidance on the implementation  of  actions  in  the  EU  Work  Plan  for  Culture 2023-2026  and  with regard to other activities of EU level policy development and cooperation in the  field  of culture (including, for example, activities related to issues of  cultural  heritage;  international cultural relations; culture and democracy;  culture, health  and  well-being;  equality  and inclusion related to  culture;  illicit trafficking of cultural goods; the status and working conditions of cultural and creative professionals in  the  EU; culture  as  a  driver  for  sustainable  development;  and  sector-specific challenges, e.g. in the fields of music, books and publishing, architecture, the performing arts).
