Bends: slowing for longer

Would you like to lead a group run or tour?
Do you have a favourite destination, route or café? If you'd like to lead a run or overnight trip, simply contact Roger Lancaster with your idea. Roger will run through the itinerary to ensure necessary safety issues are in place.

A message from Roger: "Many members lead rides throughout the year, including the groups of four riders on our Training & Social Ride each month. To these valiant people I reach out to you to organise a run during this year; they are always a very popular event. I can be contacted on roger.lancaster@ntlworld.com or 07740 779224."
