On behalf of our entire staff, I want to thank you for a fabulous year.  It is truly an honor to work with such a dedicated group of students and parents.  The growth we have seen in our students is tremendous and has been a collaborative effort.  Thank you for all your support of the school and of your children. It has been amazing to see our school culture and traditions form, from the schoolwide Innovation Exhibition to our middle school Badge ceremony.  The combination of a rigorous academic environment with opportunities to explore neuroscience within a hands-on environment has piqued student interests and creativity. We are truly shaping the future for the better and our students will lead the way in making a difference in the world.

Report cards are available for viewing in Infinite Campus for elementary students now and will be available for middle schoolers on May 26 after 3:00 PM. Over the summer it is important to relax and decompress from the busy year.  Equally as important is to make sure your child regularly reads and writes, as it is not uncommon for students to slip over the summer without some general practice.  A small amount of frequent practice goes a long way in maintaining growth from the school year over the summer. Simply reading each day or keeping a journal are two easy ways to accomplish this goal. There are many online tools (e.g. MyOn) to support this effort as well. Heading outside is always best, but if you want to provide your child with a familiar movement break you can visit GoNoodle.

It is with sincere gratitude that we thank you for your support.  Your help greatly contributes to making Soaring Heights such a wonderful place for your children to learn.  We would like to express a special thanks to Heather Muzzo our PTO president, along with the PTO board and countless volunteers. We are excited to Welcome Nancy Schaefer as the new PTO president for next year.

Best Wishes,

Cyrus Weinberger, Principal
Meghan Quirk, Assistant Principal
Krystal Trinkler, Dean of Students
Rick Olsen, Dean of Students
