Are you ready to start running? Or perhaps wondering when and/or how to get from current state to running state?

It’s a question I get asked a lot, so of course there’s a blog about it. I shared it on my Instagram account today along with essential steps to get from ‘just had a baby’ to ready to run.

When can I start running again after having a baby?

I’ve had a few enquiries about an outside class and about a course to get you from baby to running. If you’d be interested in this, please let me know.
