Veterans Yoga Project is on a mission to Military Veterans and their families achieve wellness through Yoga. These classes are open to eligible participants around the globe online, and in person in the US at Veterans Centers.
Participants are not charged as the classes are funded through grants as the science proves that Mindful Resistance Trauma Recovery methods used provide results in the short and long term.
