Memorial Day is Monday May 29th

Memorial Day is a Federal holiday celebrated on the last Monday of May. The unofficial start of the summer season. This holiday is for the honoring and mourning of the United States Military personnel who have died in battle or after injuries sustained in battle making the ultimate sacrifice. On this day you may also see a flag folding ceremony, there are 13 folds made to an American flag, and each fold has its own Meaning that represents our nation and the people who live within it.
Please spare a Moment of Silence at 3:00 PM for these fallen heroes.

6th Annual Veterans Thank You Brunch on June 10th! Sign Ups needed by June 2nd!
Veterans! Come join us on June 10, 2023 from 9am-12pm for a Veterans Thank You Brunch at Baker's Restaurant in Elkton, MD. This annual brunch is designed to thank veterans for their service with a spread of breakfast foods and beverages including, coffee, tea, eggs, bacon, muffins, and potato scramble. Doors open at 9am, Festivities begin at 9:30am (including the Pledge of Allegiance, Prayer, and Welcoming Remarks), and Brunch will be served at 10am. Grumpy Gramps has just received their 501c3 Non-Profit designation and this incredible non-profit is looking to make cycling accessible to the community. Come out to support their initiatives and help them grow.
