Stay organized and keep stress incheck to finish the semester strong! Check out study and time management tips from the Learning Strategies Center. Be sure to buildin time for self-care: aim to sleep 7-8 hours a night; eat well; and connect with others. If you’re feeling stressed, drop in to a Let’s Meditate session, or try 5-minute stress-busters. Find more tips on Cornell Health’s website, and visit Cornell’s Mental Health website if you need support.

We are no longer utilizing our mailboxes and will be processing paper mail the same way we do packages. You will receive an email when you have letter mail to pick up at the House Office.

The GRF On-Call phone is only turned on when the House Office is CLOSED (after hours and over the weekend).

Reasons to call the GRF On-Call: lockouts after hours, neighbors are being noisy during quiet hours (sounds like a party), the electricity went out in your room, and other similar concerns that cannot wait until the House Office is open again.

Do not call the GRF On-Call to pick up a package from the House Office, to let your friend(s) into the building, or for anything that can wait until the House Office is open.
