Join Writers Guild Pickets, Support the Strike!

Our union siblings in the writers guild are on strike. One of the central issues is the fight against use of AI to replace writers -- an issue of fundamental interest and importance for tech workers as well.

They have active picket lines every day all over the city, successfully stopping production of shows. Sometimes, when you join, you might find yourself walking side by side with a well-known actor. Come for the stars, stay for the solidarity! (Just kidding, come for the solidarity too!)

Active picket locations are announced on their twitter (https://twitter.com/WGAEast) and you can sign up for pickets using airtable: https://airtable.com/shr86fQEfrBFsQPbB
