Diana Salas is a skilled Human Resources and Service leader. With
over 17 years of experience, she now serves as an HRBP manager
for ADP, a fortune 250 company. She has developed recruitment,
performance, retention, and compensation strategies to help
improve HR metrics and workplace culture. As an HR leader, Diana
has also provided consultative guidance to leaders regarding
employee performance, engagement, recognition, career
progression, and emplovee relations issues. When asked why she
