EXCEPTIONAL SUPPORT REQUEST AWARD
Alaska INBRE's primary aim is to expand the multi-disciplinary research and teaching network to support biomedical and health research expertise, infrastructure, and translational capacity. Occasionally, requests for funding outside of current opportunities can be made. This process is not intended to supplement or replace existing opportunities but to address exceptional requests. Examples would be equipment, technician salary, and one-time extraordinary requests.
Funding limits are determined by the PI in consultation with either the INBRE Administrative Core or the Management Advisory Committee (MAC).

URSA project awards fund up to $3,000 for individuals or $6,000 for groups to complete creative and/or research-based undergraduate projects. Students of ALL disciplines and from ALL UAF-affiliated campuses are encouraged to apply. More information
Alaska EPSCoR 2023 Rolling Travel Awards
Application deadline is rolling through July 31, 2023 for travel to be completed by August 31, 2023. Travel for presenting research, interacting with colleagues and mentors, obtaining training, attending conferences, workshops, trainings, or other appropriate academic settings. More information.
