The District is delighted to unveil a new logo for use from the 2023/24 Connexional Year.
The logo remains in the shape of the Methodist orb and cross, retaining the Methodist red on the right hand side. The left side now includes low-poly triangles, selected to depict style and a "nod" towards stained glass. The decision to alter the left-hand side is to reference "West", and the central flower shades are indicative of the Yorkshire White Rose. The grey tones broadly reference our District's groundings in industry and cities, and the other colours represent our District's more rural aspects and high population city areas. Together, the colours and design are intended to reflect our vibrant, diverse Yorkshire landscape.
The District Office will be rolling out the new logo across all forms of communication over the remainder of this Connexional Year, with the aim that the current logo will officially stop being used from the 2023/24 Connexional Year.
