Tell us your experiences of NHS health
and care in Sussex

We are supporting NHS Sussex in promoting a new survey to find out about your experiences and views of health and care services.

As the NHS builds-up to its 75^th anniversary on 5 July 2023 and the one-year anniversary of NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board (ICB), health leaders are looking to understand your experiences and views of health and care services across Sussex.

Healthwatch is keen that as many public and patients voices and experiences are shared with the NHS as possible, so please spare a few minutes to complete the survey and have your say. 

This survey comes ahead of the launch of the shared delivery plan for health and care services across Sussex which will be published in July 2023.

What you share will support improvements in the delivery of key services including Urgent Care, Primary Care services (e.g. GP surgeries and dentists) and the use of digital technology to complement current services.

The deadline to complete the survey is 31 May 2023.
