Church Docents
If you are welcoming, have a passion for meeting people, love sharing the history of First Baptist Church, THEN WE NEED YOU!  Starting in June, docents are needed to give church tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Shifts are 2-hour increments; one shift is from 10:00 am - 12 noon and one shift is from 12 noon - 2:00 pm. We are hoping this is a HUGE success, one that will allow us to give tours indefinitely!  Will you help?  Contact Marty Foxx at (912) 508-3470 or by emailing her below. Flower Guild Needs
Medium and Small Vases

FBC's Flower Guild is asking for donations of medium to small vases for arrangements that are taken to retirement homes, hospitals, loved ones, and shut-ins. If you are interested in donating, contact Sarah Davis at (912) 659-1946.

Members of the diaconate have begun taking photographs of our members and friends to attach to your profile page in Realm. They will take pictures following worship for several weeks, and plan to produce a pictorial directory during the summer. This will help our members old and new get to know each other better, and also be an excellent resource for the senior minister we hope to have soon. One or two deacons will be on the church porch each week, ready to snap your picture. Thanks for your cooperation with this project.
