I hope you're doing well and had a great weekend. We celebrated Mother's Day, and it was really special.

One of my favourite quotes is from Mark Twain: "The two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why." Well, I've discovered my "why" in life, and it's my kids. Being a mother is my purpose, my love, and I'm incredibly proud of it. Over the weekend, I had all my kids and my parents with me. We enjoyed the lovely weather and had a nice dinner together. My kids gave me flowers and little gifts, and I felt so loved. I hope you had a great weekend too, enjoying the nice weather.

Now, let's talk about the real estate market. We see more houses available for sale now. If the market can absorb these new listings, prices will continue to go up. But if the market can't handle them all, we'll have more houses on the market, and prices will stay more stable. This month will show us were we are heading - to seller’s market or balanced market as we had last year.

Regarding inflation, things are staying pretty steady for now. We expect a small decrease of 0.1% this month. We're keeping a close eye on it and will keep you updated if anything significant happens.

Toronto condo prices will increase this year, new report suggests

A new report from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) suggests that condo prices could be set for a rebound later in 2023, despite a double digit decline over the last year.

The report, distributed on Thursday, says condo apartment selling prices were 11.4 per cent lower in the first quarter of 2023 than in the same period in 2022.
