Representative Wilhelm, from Manchester, worked for over a decade in the nonprofit sector before he was elected to serve in the House in 2018. This Capitol Exchange will provide the opportunity to engage with this former nonprofit colleague and current Minority Leader. Topics will include the current legislative session, the proposed budget, and the critical role of New Hampshire nonprofits.
