Sign up for a morning lecture on Wildlife Care and Protection in your Backyard at Ashantilly Center in Darien. Brittany Dodge, Coastal Training Program Coordinator with Sapelo Island National Estuarine Research Reserve (SINERR), and Lauren Bowman Clontz, Coastal Conservation Coordinator with GA Audubon (Coastal Conservation Coordinator) will talk about ways that we can help protect and care for wildlife in our backyard. Topics will include: abandoned or injured animal care and protecting birds from window collisions and light pollution. You can order online or make an appointment to shop in the nursery.

After attending the lecture at Ashantilly Center, join us for shopping & a tour of the native plant nursery at Florabundance (about 5 miles away). Purchase locally grown native plant species to support wildlife in your backyard!
You can preorder online or make an appointment to shop in the nursery. Just mention with a note the CWS event when you check out. Be sure to place your order by May 22 so we can have your items ready for pick up, thank you. We often have small quantities of plants in the nursery that are not listed in the online store.
USED PLANT POT COLLECTION
If you have any leftover plastic pots from the native plant sale, bring those for reuse at the nursery.
