It’s time to book your Annual Church Retreat for 2024. The following May/June/September/October weekends are available for our Churches.
May 3-5, 2024, May 10-12, 2024, May 24-26, 2024, May 31- June 2, 2024, June 7-9, 2024, June 14-16, 2024, June 21-23, 2024, August 30 – Sept 1, 2024, Oct 4-6, 2024, Sept 6– 8, 2024, Sept 13-15, 2024, Sept 20-22, 2024
Please remember that we are open year ‘round and would be glad to discuss with you any “cooler-season” dates. Perhaps this would be a less busy time for your congregation to retreat!
To reserve your desired retreat dates, email the camp office (info@squeah.com) any time before Friday May 19, 2023. Please indicate first, second and third choices, in case a weekend is requested by more than one church. Our goal is to satisfy as many first-choice requests as possible, while keeping as many churches within their first and second dates. We will consider what weekends have been allotted in past years, and if anyone has settled for something less than first and second choice. Please note that if your church is quite flexible about the weekend choices, let us know so we can adjust the schedule to accommodate some churches that might have less lee-way in their schedule.
Once all the date choices have been received, Squeah will create a schedule and notify each Church via email. The Rental Agreement and rate sheet along with other information, will be sent along at this time.
