Where to Enter

This event has been moved to our Great Hall, the space on the upper floor of Town Hall. Please use our 8th Avenue Entrance when attending this event. Our lobby doors will be open starting at 6:30 PM.

Our lobby is located on the second floor of Town Hall, with the Great Hall on the third floor. An elevator is located at the southwest corner of the lobby for guests who would prefer to avoid stairs.

Check-in

Your tickets were sent in the event confirmation email soon after you completed your ticket purchase. When you arrive, please show the QR code from your confirmation email to the check-in staff. (We recommend showing us the QR code on your phone or device. A printout of your QR code is also acceptable.)

If you are unable to locate your tickets or have any problems with your QR code at the door, our Box Office team will always be able to find your ticket with the name you used for the purchase.
