Help us rise to meet the $150,000 challenge of the Faith 2023 supplemental campaign!
CUMC counts on the larger amount of donations made in January and February to give us a surplus to pay bills from March to November when expenses exceed income.
That didn’t happen this year.
The shortage of income (contributions) through the end of the year is projected to be $150,000.
The budgeted amount for expenses for 2023 has not changed.
Our need is URGENT because we are in the months when expenses exceed income.
If we each give an additional 15-20% over our current giving, we can meet this goal.

In Sympathy to Maureen and Jay Nelson upon the death of Maureen’s mother, Betty Shaw, on 5-30-2023. Services are pending.
Marjorie Crow was in the hospital for a TIA and doing well. She is being transported back to her Rehab facility where she is recovering from a fall that fractured her pelvic bone.
Marvin Burrows is at home recovering from a fall that broke his wrist and fractured his elbow and shoulder. He is waiting to see an orthopedic doctor.

Cathy Fettke continues to deal with the sudden loss of hearing in one ear. She is now going to a specialist to try and find a way to regain her hearing . She has balance problems from loss of hearing, as well as hard to hear conversations and church services.
Chip Melara is at home doing well in his recovery from complicated bladder surgery.
Dennis Murray had a spot removed from his back. The pathology report showed all margins clear . The cancer was contained and completely removed.
Mary Clapp, Mark Wolfe’s mother, is recovering from a biopsy done on 5-25-2023 at MD Anderson.
