JONI’s PRAYER REQUEST & UPDATE 6/3/23

Dear Friends,

As you know, I had a bad fall and back injury on April 4th and have been working on recovering. Still experiencing pain, especially between the shoulder blades. Will now be going into the next please which is physical therapy.

I’ve additionally developed a very stubborn case of cellulitis in my left leg. It’s continued to drain and be painful. So this week ended up at the ER. They’ve put me on a different, very strong antibiotic. Please pray I don’t respond to it adversely. I don’t handle medication very well sometimes. I have a list of medical allergies. And please pray it works quickly to get rid of the cellulitis. It’s quite painful. 

Please also continue to pray for me for finances during this time. I just had to cancel my usual yearly summer six to eight week ministry trip to the Midwest due to all of this. 

Meanwhile, I have continued to work on my book and finished it. It will soon head towards being printed and released. 

I’m still available to do meetings via zoom. I have also been doing some editing, proofreading, and writing for others while at home.
