PRECISION HYDRODEMOLITION SPEEDS PROJECT
ATI recently completed a project where we had to hydro-jet a 4'6" x 4'6" area that was 3' deep. This was done to expose the upright bars that were supposed to be penetrating through the slab so the customer could tie the new columns into them. No saw cutting was done on the outside edge; the entire area was hydro-demolished. There were two areas that needed to be done. The success of hydrodemolition prevented the removal of the entire slab and kept the project on schedule

BREAKING INTO A BANK VAULT!
After a Houston bank was purchased and scheduled for renovation, the only thing standing in the way was a 10' x 12' x 10' concrete vault with fiber-reinforced walls and roof. The vault was encased in steel framing and the only access was through a 6,000-pound steel vault door. 

The A-Team used a Brokk demolition robot and an electric pallet jack to safely break out and remove the vault door. Once the door was removed, the team was able to make their way into the vault and bring down the roof and walls. 

Safety was the top priority for the A-Team, and they were able to maintain efficiency while keeping risk at zero.
