As we move into the summer months, we are looking for more volunteers to support our markets.
Since October 2022, Rogue Foods Unites has been hosting and running a barrier-free, no-cost mobile farmers market program providing fresh, regional, organic produce, organic eggs and natural meats three times a week, in four different location sites consistent in Southern Oregon.
The mobile market program is intended to reach people who generally don’t have ready access to fresh, organic food, and includes a goal to build community in the process. Since its inception, we have served over 50,000 individuals, lessening the financial burden that comes along with eating well.
This high-quality produce is locally sourced as often as possible and helps support small family farms in our region. Thank you to Fry Family Farm for being such an integral part of providing and helping us source organic produce for the markets.
Volunteers power this program. Our volunteers assist with greeting market goers, stocking produce and shopping with community members. We can’t do it without you!
