RECAP BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S UPDATE AND SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY

When I was elected as your County Commissioner, I wanted to provide this community with unique and different services. Some I copied from others, such as the Small Business Saturday videos and my community outreach barbeque. Others were my creation, such as the pre-BOCC and post-BOCC newsletters. Many of you have taken the time to thank me for my work. Your kind words and appreciation have made it worthwhile. It is why I ran for public service.
I have done close to 100 Small Business Saturday, Adopt a Pet, and Douglas County Hero of the Month videos and a little less than 200 newsletters. You can see all the videos and past newsletters at: https://tarkfordouglas.com/bocc-past-updates/
Many people have contributed to pay for these services. I want to thank everyone who has, including recent contributions by Shelley Zimbler, Stanley Wilson, Steven Kaplan and Jason Garret Gibson.
