never seen before Mazer Sterling peacock pin, with remarkable 1943 advert from Hudson's of Minneapolis (alongside equally superb Dujay pieces)... rarest Trifari, by the non-Philippe designers - Alfred Spaney Horse Head in a Horseshoe, with the identifying patented 1942 riding crop; and Joseph Wuyts patented 1940 bowknot, spectacular gold and pave pin clip conversion, joining a superb patriotic red white and blue pin clip on site; USA Patriotic V for Victory Anchor pin clip from early 1942, superbly made, stamped Pat Pend on the clip, but not patented, dating from after the US declared war - only then could there be Victory - and before Sterling production...

more of the rarest... late 30s Dujay Fruit Salad Leaves and Pave Tulips floral spray pin, from a series; Trifari Philippe late sterling, 1947 patented coiled question mark fish pin clip, anticipating the post sterling 1948 'Renaissance' Bass and Treble Clef pins in design and construction; Eisenberg Original Sterling Fighting Cocks, copying a Cartier design from 1945, and available either as a pair, or separately; rarest, historic, Pierrot Puppet with Bakelite Hat pin - marked TK, as in Trifari and Krussman: the firm's initial 1918-1925 partnership, Italian and Englishman, to which the American Fishel was then added, to make TKF....

delightful deco bowknots... late 30s Trifari Philippe openwork bow hair slide, from a series usually marked KTF - Mazer Sterling Amethyst and Rubies Bow swirl, with a 1943 advert featured in Women's Wear Daily; rarest figurals - never seen Boucher 1949-51 'Ballet of Jewels' series, variant on the Sleeping Beauty ballerina design, with 1951 serial number - 1940 Trifari Philippe patented, rarest Bird of Paradise, only the second time here, in the last 20 years...
