Safe Driving
It's crucial to prioritize safety on TteS roads. First, never pass a school bus when it's stopped with its lights flashing. This helps protect students boarding or exiting the bus. Second, when driving through the community, it's important to maintain a slower speed, ensuring the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and other residents. By following these guidelines, we can create a safer environment for everyone.

Spray paint vandalism, — graffiti— refers to the unauthorized marking of public or private property through etching, painting, or placing of a mark. While some view graffiti as an art form or a means of self-expression, it is, in fact, vandalism that incurs costs for removal or covering by the authorities. The most common form of graffiti in Kamloops is "tagging," which involves writing or painting identifiable symbolic characters or personal "tags." These tags serve as signatures for vandals, who may derive a sense of pride and gain recognition among fellow taggers.
The Band is working towards creating a Grffiti Task Force to:
- remove illegal graffiti as quickly as possible
- encouraging the use of prevention techniques
Report a Tag or Graffiti on Public Property
We ask for your help to report any graffiti on Band property by reporting the specific location and providing a photo if possible.
