Welcome to the Neighborhood

SouthPark recently welcomed five new businesses to the neighborhood!
Wind up with coffee or wind down with craft beer at Suffolk Punch's newest location overlooking the West Plaza at SouthPark Mall. The 11,000 square foot space features a coffee bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and a lawn outfitted with a live music stage. The neighborhood brewery also offers an all-day menu featuring locally-sourced ingredients.
Speaking of locally-sourced foodie finds, Gourmand Market is now open at Apex and it's more than just a market. Sure, you can find artisanal food products, grab and go goods, and specialty pantry items, but you can also sit down to enjoy a curated menu of small bites, coffees, cocktails, beer, and wine.
Intown Golf, also located at Apex, is your new favorite hang out spot. No matter the weather, you can practice your swing on the golf simulators, kick back in the clubhouse, enjoy a bite from the chef-crafted menu, or putt on the outdoor greens. Intown Golf is a members-only experience, apply here.
Fashionistas are flocking to the new Veronica Beard store at Phillips Place, the brand's first standalone shop in the state. Known for their timeless women's styles and staple tweed blazer, Veronica Beard has everything you need to spice up your wardrobe, from workwear to weekend looks.
The Touch Auto Detailing recently opened at SouthPark Mall. Located in the lower level parking garage underneath Nordstrom, The Touch will give your car a top to bottom shine.

1 Things That People Should Know about DTR SouthPark
"When I first started with DTR, I was drawn to the sense of community. From the menus to the team to the decor (specially the couches!), we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Whether inside sipping on a DTR Cosmo or outside on our patio enjoying a bottle of rosé, we encourage you to come and enjoy with your friends and family."
2 Things That Ricky Enjoys Doing Outside of Work
Camping
"I camp as much as possible. Being in nature is my grounding time. I especially love it when there is no cell service. I find it humbling when you worry about your true needs, food, fire, and an ice-cold beer."
Painting
"I paint as much as my schedule allows. Growing up with deaf parents, we always used the arts to express and share our thoughts in a different avenue. We continue to share our art with each other, to this day."
3 of Ricky's Favorite SouthPark Spots
Cafe Monte
"The staff is genuine and kind. I love the Bistro feel, reminds me of spending an afternoon in New Orleans. Also, the food is great!"
Little Sugar Creek Greenway
"I love my afternoon walks with my dogs. I find the gentle bubbling of the creek peaceful and a nice escape from the excitement of the city."
Good Food on Montford
"I’ve had nothing but a great time here! Between food, drinks and the staff, always and amazing time spent with friends."
