We are pleased to announce a June Commit to Democracy (CTD) Town Hall featuring Josh Harder, Congressman from District 9 in the Central Valley, California. We are co-hosting this Town Hall with our partners Indivisible Yolo, Indivisible San Fernando Valley, and Indivisible Santa Cruz County. In 2018 Harder defeated a Republican incumbent and was reelected in 2020 and 2022, Josh Harder works for the working families of the Central Valley and serves on the House Appropriations Committee. He is a powerful leader and speaker!

Join us to hear Congressman Harder’s perspective on why we lost CA seats in 2022 and how we can win them back as well as his thoughts on Districts we need to focus on to keep in 2024. He will discuss potential candidates for these Districts and some key methods he believes and is promoting for Victory in the House in 2024. After his presentation we will be holding a Question-and-Answer session. Panelists from each of the co- hosting organizations will facilitate the session.

Democracy Matters: Postcards to Inform, Educate and Empower Voters!

Here’s your chance to write to voters in George Santos’s District!! The path to win back the majority in the HOUSE is through California and New York. We lost seats we shouldn’t have in 2022 by very slim margins. Time to win those seats back.

We are writing to Young Voters in three Districts in NY: District 3, 4 and 17 where we lost to Republicans by small margins and need to flip blue in 2024.  There is a primary in NY on June 27th that will elect some key local positions and important legislation. We know that early and continual engagement of voters increases turnout. We NEED EVERY VOTE to win in 2024 and the work starts now!

So, take a moment and order postcards to write and mail. Write with a friend or two and energize a group to reach out to Americans about their Democracy!

You can order a packet to pickup at over 22 locations OR order Names Only. Postcards need to be mailed by June 15.
