For a more magical meditation:

Follow these Prompts and Tips before you attempt your meditation

  • Find a comfy spot for your meditation. Seated, Reclining, Laying down, Standing…

  • Give yourself permission to do this and to let go of worries, fears, to-do’s…

  • Breathe naturally. Then become aware of how it comes in & out. Listen to it. Feel it. Smooth it out.

  • Allow eyes, tongue, throat, belly, chest, e.t.c. to relax

  • Feel yourself in your space. Bringing center to the left and right sides of the body, center ,of the top and bottom body, and the center of front and back of body. Find that single area of the very center of all of these.

  • Follow these prompts or Listen the video for your meditation.

  • *Try this on your own out in the woods or outside.
