 Hello Terravita Art League Members,

TAL had a very successful season last year, and we are looking forward to an even more fun season next year! In fact I picked this year’s theme of “Art Is Fun” to remind everyone that art can be fun whether you are a beginner or have been creating for years. This is my first year as President of the Terravita Art League, and I started out meeting with everyone on the board. Of course the meetings were fun as I was usually serving fresh made lemonade or some homemade bakery! But the really fun part is seeing all the excitement we have for our upcoming season. As we begin renewing memberships, your Terravita Art League Board is busy preparing for the next season. We've got lots of great experiences awaiting you: Classes (perennial favorites as well as exciting new ones), Cultural Evenings, Trips, Art Forums, a whole season of Creative Mondays, our Annual Art Exhibit, and TAL's Annual Studio Tour.

When Class Registration opens in September, we know you'll want to be ready to sign up.  Registration for Membership for the 2023-2024 season is open now, so go online while you're thinking about it!  That way you'll be ready for all the activities we have scheduled for the fall.

To RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP, here are your instructions:
1. Go to our TAL website at  www.terravitaartleague.org and log in.
2.  Now that you're logged in, you can update any personal information necessary.
3. Go to the “Membership” tab on the bar under the logo; and then “Renew Membership”
4.  If you've changed your email address, email Gene Hanson at genehanson.com@gmail.com, and he will correct it for the website.

As a reminder, please note the following:
1. Our payment options are Stripe (credit card), PayPal, or by Check. It's safe and secure to pay on-line.
2. If you wish to "Send a Check" you will find the correct address on the website.  Send your check made out to Terravita Art League to the address listed.  Allow 4 - 5 days for the administrative process to go through.  You will be notified when your check is received.
3. Dues have changed due to rising costs, especially in the food industry. Dues are $35 for Terravita residents, and $50 for non-Terravita residents. Reminder: TAL does not offer couples, or family memberships, only individual memberships.

And that's it! Except...if you have any problems with on-line registration, email Gene Hanson at genehanson.com@gmail.com, and he will give you a friendly and expert helping hand.

And last, something to think about - and maybe even get started on during the summer.  We will be inviting our TAL members to participate in an exhibit in the fall entitled "The Wonders of Nature!"  As usual any medium will be accepted.  Just thinking about this fun exhibit is getting my creative ideas flowing.  I hope you'll want to participate. Note: it doesn’t have to be nature found in Arizona!

I wish you a happy summer.  Enjoy your friends and family and stay healthy.  We look forward to seeing you in the Terravita Art League this fall.

~Have a wonderfully creative day!
