St. Mark has ended our partnership with Flik dining and will utilize Your Cuisine Chef to serve nutritious and delicious lunches for students and faculty next school year. YCC founder and CEO, Chef Gabriel McKnight, has managed premier dining services and restaurants for over 18 years.
Menu samples, information on meal plan options and daily meal prices, as well as balances from last year will be shared in July.
In addition to chef-inspired rotating menus, gluten-free & vegetarian options, from-scratch cooking and an onsite professional chef, YCC will utilize a new point-of-sale platform. This will enable parents to see balances, order lunches, and add funds to accounts more efficiently.
