Seamless Real-Time Translation for Multi-Language Zoom Meetings

XL8 is excited to announce the launch of EventCAT for Zoom. This innovative app, now available on the Zoom Marketplace, enables accurate real-time translation during multi-language Zoom meetings, expanding XL8's translation capabilities into the online video conferencing world. Built on XL8's Interpret platform using our proprietary Machine Translation engines, the app leverages the same core translation technologies used in our EventCAT and Projects platforms, providing an effective and user-friendly collaboration solution for seamless communication in diverse online meetings.

With this app, multilingual participants can engage in seamless discussions, ensuring every voice is heard and valuable insights are shared. EventCAT paves the way for a more inclusive and globally connected virtual environment, where language is no longer a hindrance to effective communication.

Flexible Filename Configuration

In response to valuable user feedback, we've upgraded our system to provide enhanced filename configuration. This change moves away from automatic prefixing of filenames with options such as language codes. Instead, you now have the option to prepend, append, or even exclude these tags as per your requirements.

Click the “Change Filename Config” button to see the modal in the task creation and revision pages, and select your preferred naming convention. If you choose to "Also apply for future runs", your selected configuration will be saved and implemented for all future runs. We hope to save you a few seconds of work with this feature.

Since introducing MediaCAT, we've enriched our knowledge base with numerous solution articles. Now, these resources are accessible directly from the Customer Support widget. Global Exhibition Highlights: Seoul, Singapore, Tunisia

It's been a busy month for our team in June! We're excited to share that we've successfully launched our real-time translation solution in Seoul, Singapore, and Tunisia. During this time, we also conducted live demos showcasing our real-time translation engine integrated into set-top boxes for Smart TV and cable TV users.
