The wine is focused on its elegant, sensuous nature. The fruits are refined, polished and silky. The purity in the fruits, which is paramount here is matched by its strong, mineral-driven character on the mid-palate and in the long, creamy, velvety finish. The wine blends 58% Merlot, with 42% Cabernet Franc. 15.5% ABV, 3.65 pH.

Black berry and lead pencil on the nose with fresh flowers. Some rose stems, too. Full-bodied with racy and fine tannins that run the length of the wine. Complex and intense in flavor, it remains full of energy and verve. 58.5% merlot and 41.5% cabernet franc

A blend of 58.5% Merlot and 41.5% Cabernet Franc, aging in 38.9% oak, the 2022 Quintus has a deep garnet-purple color. It needs a little swirling to reveal notes of crushed blackberries, juicy blueberries, and black raspberries, followed by touches of pencil shavings, cinnamon stick, clove oil, and crushed rocks. The full-bodied palate is densely laden with rich, opulent black fruits, supported by ripe, rounded tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long and fragrant

Very fine tannins with a brightness and freshness. Medium to full body. Vivid and crisp. Chocolate, walnut and berry at the end. 81.6% merlot, 12.1% cabernet franc and 6.3% malbec.

Elegance and freshness are the key to the wines character, along with sweet, black cherries, cocoa, and a touch of spice in the silky, refined, finish. The wine blends 73% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc and 6% Malbec.
