Experience live music from a new perspective
ArtAfloatOKC's Showboat Concert Series hosts live music every Thursday evening through June 29. Join Oklahoma-based musicians live (on a boat!) for an ArtAfloatOKC Showboat Concert Series performance. Two 45-minute showtimes will be available each night at 7:30pm and 8:30pm. All net proceeds benefit ArtAfloatOKC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing more artistic interventions to the Bricktown Canal area. Tonight hear Stephen Salewon in a special Wednesday performance and Nia Moné on June 22.

New exhibition opens at Oklahoma Contemporary
The Soul Is a Wanderer is the 2023 edition of the Oklahoma Contemporary ArtNow biennial exhibition, highlighting new and recent art from a selection of artists active in the state. Thirteen cross-generational artists come together in this exhibition organized by Tulsa-based guest curator Lindsay Aveilhé.
ArtNow: Party with a Purpose will kick off the exhibition this Thursday, June 22 and will be on display through January 15, 2024.

Explore the West Village District every Fourth Friday
The West Village District invites you to attend its monthly Fourth Friday event as it returns in the block party format for the summer. The event will take place with participating businesses, giveaways, and pop-up vendors this Friday, June 23 from 6-8pm. Attendees can participate in the West Village Welcome Walk by spending dollars and receiving a sticker at any three participating businesses during the event to enter a drawing for a one-night stay at 21c Museum Hotel, 2 tickets to at The Jones Assembly as well as gift cards to district businesses. Join in on the fun as Fourth Friday celebrations take over the district!

Two weekends of fun for the whole family in the Boathouse District
The Riversport OKC Stars & Stripes River Festival celebrates a full day of rowing, paddling and dragon boat racing + Adventures on June 24 – with the Stars & Stripes River Regatta then the celebration continues with the Stars & Stripes Block Party on July 1. This year the Block Party features Navy Week featuring fun exhibits including wall climbing robots, the Navy Ceremonial Guard, and a live performance by the Navy Band Southeast!
